H =
Hazardous! - Health and Safety
Caution. Issues found are health and/or safety
concerns and could become hazardous under certain
conditions. They should be immediately addressed by a qualified
technician.
S
= Serious
- Repair, Replacement,
Maintenance.
Issues found are in definite need of repair and
could develop into a hazardous condition. If not
taken care of they likely will cause more
consequential damage to
the structure and/ or endanger people. They should be addressed by a qualified
technician as soon as possible.
P =
Poor - Repair, Replacement,
Maintenance.
Issues found are in need of repair, replacement
and/or should be addressed by a qualified
technician as soon as possible.
F =
Fair - Repair, Replacement,
Maintenance. Issues found are nearing the
end of their useful life but are still functional.
G =
Good - Item in good physical condition
U = Upgrades
recommended.
Certain components or systems may not have been
available at time of construction but would improve
safety or structure. I.e. smoke detectors, gas
detectors, GFI receptacles, tempered (safety) glass,
rails, drainage, etc.

FAKE ELECTRICAL WIRING, likely produced in China. It is
made to look like copper wiring, but the core is aluminum
(substandard!!!). Due to expansion and contraction, wiring
connections are known to loosen over time and thereby
produce arching, leading to fires. |
